Upper eyelid surgery helps to reduce falling eyelids and restore the shape of eyelid contour. Upper eyelids can also be corrected for falling, which may cause obstructing or reducing the field of vision. Excess skin and fatty tissue are removed with a thin strip of muscle. Scars after cutting usually disappear in natural fold of the upper eyelids.
In the case of plastic surgery procedures performed for other reasons than those aimed at preserving, saving, regaining and improving the patient’s health, 23% VAT should be added to the prices.
