Laser anti-glaucoma surgery on one eye (ALT or laser trabeculoplasty) is a procedure which involves performing several scorches with argon or diode laser in the trabecular meshwork. This procedure facilitates outflow of watery fluids from the eyeball and consequently reduces intraocular pressure.
