Gianthomasty treatment consists in surgical breast reduction aimed to reduce the weight of breasts and improving their shape. Operation is carried out under general anaesthesia, taking about 2-3 hours. The operating physician moves the nipple-areola complex to correct position, reduction of skin, subcutaneous tissue and gland, and models the new breast. Scars are located around the areola vertically down from the areola and sometimes along the subpectoral fold.
In the case of plastic surgery procedures performed for other reasons than those aimed at preserving, saving, regaining and improving the patient’s health, 23% VAT should be added to the prices.
